We had a great experience in trading in our Jetta lease and upgrading to a Taos. Rich was excellent in making sure we stayed at the agreed-upon price and threw in some swag bags to seal the deal. We were in and out within 3 hours. Shortest and best experience at a dealership ever.

The experience with VW Brandon was great--we NEVER got any pressure/attitude from Vitalii, which is rare when dealing with a car salesman! The process was enjoyable -- it took us a while to decide what was going to work best for us, and Vitalii was very kind and patient. Dealing with Gino, the finance manager was awesome. We were in and out on the day of the deal within about 1.5 hours, which is rare! We loved it here!

The price advertised online is not what was presented in store. The additional addons I was told was not optional which increased the cost of the car by 4k. Then I had to travel back to the dealership to get the documents signed which could not have been docusigned or mailed to me, but when I got there for the second time, I was given a run through of additional coverage which I had already declined as I was a cash buyer so there was no reason it could not have been done online. Working with Ruben and Terrence was great. There were both very professional and made the car buying process pleasant.
However, working with Gino in Finance was a real problem. He was pleasant enough but didnāt listen and it took almost 2.5 hours to get finished with him and we didnāt even buy any additional coverages. He said he had moved from New Jersey recently and complained about having to work on Sundays as well as complained about the long hours at the dealership. After more than three months since the purchase and cancelation of a tire warranty, more than $1000 has still not been sent to our VW Credit account as promised. This is just another example of the poor leadership of General Manager Paul Gomez as he is incapable of fixing even the most mundane issues like the simple timely preparation of a new vehicle for delivery and processing of simple and timely paperwork.
