It took a little longer than I’d hope for for my vehicle to even get to the phase of diagnostics, but I am overall happy with the outcome. A local shop that I trust.wanted to charge me a lot of money for a service. Now I realize why it is because they just were not experienced enough in Volkswagens. Not only could they not fix it, but they messed up my car even more. I was hesitant to visit Volkswagen of Brandon because I thought they would overcharge as well. Not only did they fix my car, along with fixing what the other shop messed up, but they charged me a third of what the other shop was going to charge me. It took them some time to figure out what was actually going on with my car, but Volkswagen of Brandon service department was relentless, they did not Stop until the job was complete. I am so grateful and now my family and I can head out for spring break knowing that our vehicle is ready for the road. Thank you also to Deja for keeping me in the loop.on how my car was doing!

Had a great experience purchasing a Tesla Model 3 with Vatalli & Geno. They were flexible with me, made it a quick process, and even allowed me to take the vehicle while my check was still depositing. I would absolutely return here to purchase another vehicle.

I brought my 2024 Tiguan in for its first oil change on Saturday, March 1st. On Monday morning, while driving to work, a “check oil level” alert came on. I had to leave work early to take it back to the dealership, only to be told the oil level was almost a quart low. To make matters worse, the day of my Saturday appointment, the dealership tried calling my father—the cosigner—regarding the service. I scheduled the appointment using my own information, so I’m not sure how that mix-up happened, but it’s concerning that they couldn’t keep basic customer information straight. I’m extremely disappointed—this is a brand-new vehicle, and I shouldn’t be dealing with oil issues right after a service. On top of that, I lost money having to leave work early to get it fixed. I expect better attention to detail and organization from this dealership.
