Alex was our service tech, he is honest and remembered us as we have been going to Brandon vw since it opened. We have owned many vw’s for over 30 years and he is the only tech to remember us and make us feel taken care of. I will only bring my car here due to his honest service and active and ease of communication.

Had a complex issue with screen. They gave me a loaner that same day. Kept me updated on Mary eta.
